The location of the serviced apartment was fantastic, with main tourist attractions within walking distance and convenient stores nearby. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the apartment had a great balcony with stunning views, and the free parking was a bonus.

The entrance and lift areas of the apartment building were dirty and had a strong smell of heavy weed smoking.

The apartment provided free parking, which was a great advantage for us during our city break. the balcony offered fantastic views, allowing us to relax and enjoy the scenery. The location of the apartment was also a key factor, as it was conveniently close to Liverpool One, making shopping easily accessible.

The furniture and decor were tired and in need of an update. The mattresses were uncomfortable, with noticeable springs, and the pillows provided were flat and old.

Our stay at the Serviced Apartment in Liverpool City Centre was overall quite positive. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the various attractions. The apartment itself was nice and well-maintained, providing a warm and comfortable environment for us to relax in. We also appreciated the free parking, as it made it convenient for us to bring our car. Despite a few hiccups, such as the fob for parking not being in the room and the code not working to let us back in one night, the issues were eventually resolved with the help of the staff. The message left for us on the wall was also a nice touch.

We had a great value for our money with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and lovely views from the balcony. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety and options.

We stayed here for one night on Valentine's Day and we wished we could have stayed longer! The view from our balcony was very nice and the large windows were amazing when the sun was setting. The staff were lovely upon arrival and if we needed anything they were so helpful. They had left us milk, coffee, tea bags, bread, and other complementary items. The rooms were very nice and clean, and our favorite part was definitely the balcony!

The condition of the furniture, furnishings, and kitchen equipment. the mattresses were uncomfortable, and we had to use spare duvets to try and cover up the springs.
